Women's Self Defense Group Classes

Participate in a 2-hour class on Self-Defense that uses actual physical self-defense techniques including basic strikes with proper technique, where to aim for maximum effectiveness, and how important it is to fall “flat” on your backs if pushed down.

These techniques need to be practiced in order to remember them and commit them to muscle memory.  These moves need to become reflex actions.  In a real situation, the ability to think actively and recall the technique (quickly) and react, may be clouded by anxiety and fear, so having the moves in your toolbox is even more important.  Make plans to include this class every year to your social calendar.  Call or email for more information.

When can I attend a class?

 

Classes are available Monday and Wednesday and vary according to age and skill focus.

Monday:
Children (Ages 6-10) 6:40pm – 7:25pm
Adults (Ages 16 & Up) 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Wednesday:
Teens (Ages 11-15) & Adults 6:30pm – 8:30pm
